Marty's Dentist has some new insider info......
Might want to get tickets for Saturday’s home ISU hoops game (Jacksonville State) as the new football coach will be on hand a highly-placed source has told us.
This could follow a Friday afternoon news conference to introduce the new coach.
Not that this suggests the process is over; but JP knows it won’t take him long.

That it gets done relatively quickly. There aren’t many head coaching vacancies now (and none in the BCS conferences other than ISU). Either the guy is interested or not. There’s not really the whole “I gotta see my options and I”ll get back to you" angle here.
If it wasn’t done by Friday, I’d be surprised. Perhaps he doesn’t arrive at the basketball game (I’m not sure how long it would take to sign the contract and everything), but I say we get a verbal Friday night… Just a guess and I HOPE I’m wrong. Can’t stand Marty..
