The Iowa State men’s and women’s cross country teams were both spotted in the first set of rankings put out by the United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association.
The Cyclone men are ranked 25th in the country and fourth in the Midwest region. The Iowa State men are one of three Big 12 schools to be ranked in the preseason top 30.
