Despite the player suspensions today, there is other news relevant to ISU's matchup this weekend against Army:
- The AP says Army will test Iowa State's running game.
- Kelly Beaton says the Cyclones regain a bit of swagger.
- Paul Rhoads explains why Bo Williams hasn't seen the field this season
- Tim Griffin thinks Army's WR, Ali Villanueva will cause mismatches for the Cyclones.
- Go Cyclones explains the Cyclones' preparation for the Option.
Overall some pretty straightforward stuff. Nothing too mind bending or anything like that. I will post more of my thoughts on this matchup later in the week!

hes the tallest wide out we have, and i wonder if the coaching staff is considering putting one of those tall receivers on villanueva when army is in the red zone?

I'm not 100% sure
But at the same time, Villanueva outweighs Jennert by 90 pounds, and that’s tough to put a Freshman WR out to cover a WR. I would think the Cyclones are better off double covering Villanueva with a linebacker; he can’t be all that fast…
