There’s plenty of motivation built in for rivalry games, but Iowa defensive end Adrian Clayborn may have provided a little more for Iowa State on Tuesday.
The all-American was asked how often he hears people talking about the high expectations surrounding this year’s Hawkeye football team.
"Too much actually, it makes me want to stay in the house," he joked, then added: "But it comes with being a Hawkeye football player. I mean we’re the only team in the state, as far as I know. And it comes with being us, I guess."
