Wanted to keep this off the mainpage, but below are games I'm planning to watch. Typically when ISU is away from home or I can't make the game, I try to watch games on TV. If you've been reading my Sunday articles, it's clear I love college football.
Anyhow, below is what I'm planning to do:
11am: Farmaggedon, duh. FSN. It's too bad because I think Arkansas vs. Georgia will be good. Bummer it's at the same time.
2:30pm: Nebraska vs. Washington, ABC (in Central Iowa). One of the few chances I'll get to see Jake Locker play before he goes to the NFL. Also, intrigued to see how Nebraska's defense does against a legit QB, and how their offense does against a D that isn't WKU, or Idaho. I might dip into some AZ State vs. Wisconsin and Florida vs. Tennessee depending on how it all goes down. Baylor vs. TCU starts an hour later on Versus, so I'll be checking in on that one as well.
9:30pm: Iowa vs. Arizona, ESPN. Interested in seeing how Iowa does, and also how Arizona looks. Don't get to see a lot of Pac 10 games. Wake Forest vs. Stanford will start up about an hour later, on ESPN2, so I'll check in on that one as well.
Obviously the big game I'll be missing is Texas Tech vs. Texas, but I may be able to catch the second half of it.
Not a great college football slate this week up and down, but I think as far as TV coverage goes, there isn't a good game that is being missed here.
What about ya'll? What will you be watching? Also, lets have this be an open thread for game action on Saturday as well!
