It's the last matchup as conference foes between Iowa State and Colorado. Iowa State comes in as the bottom seed but not a huge underdog. Colorado is looking to secure an NCAA bid, with a loss surely sending them to the NIT.
The two teams are up-tempo, and both teams put up 90+ points on their home courts. Most recently, Iowa State beat Colorado 95-90 in Ames on the strength of 70% second half shooting. The Cyclones will need another strong shooting effort to send the Buffaloes to the Pac-12.

Nebraska is a team still trying to believe it is on the bubble, while Oklahoma State is simply a team trying to capture some magic before heading off to the NIT. Can't pull for the traitors here, so Oklahoma State has a chance to advance, and could be a team to give Kansas some trouble in the quarterfinals.
Baylor is another team that is on the bubble, but it shouldn't have much trouble in dispatching the Sooners this evening. Oklahoma shouldn't be able to match Baylor in terms of talent. However, the Bears have a nasty habit of just forgetting to show up sometimes. Have to think, though, that they will have enough here.
In what should be the swan song for Pat Knight, the Red Raiders match up against future NCAA team Mizzou. The Tigers are dipping a little bit heading into the postseason, but are also a team capable of winning the Big 12 tournament from the sixth seed if things go right. Would be surprised if this is much of a game, unless Tech can harness some coach-firing voodoo.
