Trinity Valley C.C. left tackle, and former Arp multi-sport star Zack Spears told David Smoak he's committed to play at Iowa State University. Spears, a 6-7 320-pound left tackle, chose Iowa State over Memphis, SFA, and South Alabama. He also received some interest from Utah. Spears, a star basketball player at Arp, has only played two years of football, one at Arp, and one at Trinity Valley.
