JJ Bass Kicked Off of Football Team? Maybe Not?

I'd heard rumors of such a move recently, and with Bass not showing up in spring practice reports, it seemed like there might be legs to it. Now a post on CF seems to confirm it.

This might be one position where we could actually semi-absorb a loss, but he was still a quality runningback. Good news for Jason Scales and Jason Harris, I suppose.

EDIT: And now that thread is gone....and this rather cryptic thread in its place.

EDIT EDIT: Now it seems all is well. What a clusterfuck.
