It's that time of the year when we start seeing "Beat Iowa" everywhere on the Iowa State campus. This year sure feels different, though....
Maybe it's the suck that is Iowa State football this year, but this game just doesn't seem as special. Don't get me wrong, I like a win over Iowa as much as the next guy, but any win at this point would make me feel warm and fuzzy at this point. Starting the week as 17 point dogs might almost be generous for a team that's scored 27 points against a Kent State team that was made to look a bitch against Kentucky as well as Northern Iowa.
Anywho, I wanted to take this opportunity to direct anyone who cares to Black Heart Gold Pants to get a look at the enemy.
