CycloneReport is reporting a new commitment, and CycloneFanatic says it's undersized '08 big Clinton Mann.
Mann commits to Iowa State over Iowa, Creighton, Loyola and Davidson.
I know Mann was one of Lickliter's top targets for 2008. I guess it remains to be seen how good he is.
