At the strong safety position, Chris Brown was the fan's pick, and quite easily. The same should be expected at free safety, as James Smith should be (hopefully) rounding into form as the hard hitting leader of the secondary. The junior-to-be racked up 79 tackles last year, good for 3rd on the team. Smith has long been a guy I've felt has the potential to really break out. Fun fact: He's actually Haitian, and his real first name is Vladimyr. Brandon Hunley has 29 career tackles and two forced fumbles, and has been decent enough in backup action.
