Confirmed: Greg McDermott to Creighton

We feel we have enough information from various sources to confirm Greg McDermott is indeed leaving Iowa State.

UPDATE (Mark Kieffer): Looks like Doug McDermott will be released by UNI to go to Creighton as well.
